I am a registered psychologist based in Camberwell, supporting adults (17+) through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, anger management, substance use, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and story.
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Narrative Therapy, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed counselling. Each session is guided by what feels most helpful for you, with a focus on safety, trust, and building meaningful change at your own pace.
I am fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society, adhering to the professional codes of conduct for psychologists in Victoria.
Please note: I do not provide reports, assessments, or letters for legal, court, or insurance purposes. My services are focused on therapeutic support and emotional wellbeing rather than documentation or evaluations for legal matters.
I place great importance on creating a safe and respectful space where clients feel comfortable to share and reflect. Counselling can help make sense of challenges and explore practical ways to improve wellbeing and relationships.
If you’d like to know more or see whether counselling feels right for you, you’re welcome to contact me or arrange a free 15-minute consultation.
